Disney Confirms Its First-Ever Bisexual Character On ‘The Owl House’ Series

Good news for Disney lovers! Its animated story ‘The Owl House’ has recently made history by starring Disney’s first-ever bi character. It features a girl who tries to be a witch and goes one a journey to another mystical world. The first gay lead character was included in the Disney+ animated movie ‘Out,’ which was released on May 22, 2020.

Luz Noceda is bisexual

Luz Noceda, a Dominican-American teenager, is the protagonist in the new animated show ‘The Owl House,’ which premiered on Disney Channel in January 2020. She is an ordinary teen in extraordinary circumstances.

The girl wants to train to be a witch after finding a portal to the magic universe. She makes friends with Eda the Owl Lady, and her companion King. Luz has been described as a person attracted to men in the show, however, in the several latest episodes of the TV series, a friendship between Luz and another girl, Amity was also shown.

Amity invited Luz to dance with her during Grom, their world’s alternative to Prom, and the show’s fans immediately started to build theories about the nature of their relationship.

And finally, ‘Owl House’ creator Dana Terrace confirmed that Luz is bisexual.
